RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of sealed trading card game products, we do not offer returns.
At Cardable, your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and make it right, either by shipping the correct item or providing you store credit.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that occasionally issues may arise. If you encounter any manufacturing flaws or damage due to shipping, please reach out to us with 48 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will work closely with you to identify the best course of action, ensuring your concerns are promptly addressed.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment of your order only. Refunds from order cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
